Brandon Barber is a Licensed Facilitator, and Coach of the Og Mandino Group.

Brandon received his undergraduate degree from The University of Utah in Organizational Communications, where he has also earned a Certificate in Training and Development, Adult Learning and Clinical research.

Brandon has spent the last fifteen years personally coaching over 4500 entrepreneurial minded people. He’s spent over 15,000 hours coaching entrepreneurs and sales people, and facilitated thousands of workshops.

Brandon spent twelve years in Corporations learning and mastering the art of sales and sales management. A large majority of that time was spent as a Regional Vice President of Sales, managing over 100 sales associates and over a dozen sales managers.

Brandon spent three years working for Bob Proctor (The brains behind ‘The Secret’) learning the law of attraction and science of obtaining wealth. He facilitated over 100 workshops in ‘The Science of Getting Rich’, ‘Your Mission in Commission’, and ‘You are born Rich’.

Brandon has spent the last five years working with the Og Mandino group focusing on digging below the surface of personalities and behavior, deep into the thought processes of individuals in order to find out what makes them successful and what holds them back from being totally successful. He has also used a scientifically based assessment that measure someone thought processes, and have assessed over 5000 entrepreneurs utilizing the assessments also know as THE HARTMAN VALUE PROFILE, and THE IDENTITY PROFILE. 

Based on the science of axiology this assessment measures thinking with precision type accuracy. He has been able to do in hours what takes most coaches and therapists months to find out. ‘HOW YOU THINK’. And therefore help you become aware of what walls even at a subconscious level, have been getting in your way.
