I have been to some really great workshops, but this one gives you  a massive amount of bang for the buck and has altered the course of my destiny.  Every person I know should go to one of the Og Mandino workshops and/or get the coaching to really find out what you may not have ever discovered about "How you think unconsciously". They say when you know better, you do better. I believe that to be true and the best money that we can ever spend is when we invest in become better humans "BEING. I initially decided to host a BootCamp with Brandon to give myself and other Richmond Area directors the opportunity to benefit from his training.  I have been participating in a group coaching call with Brandon and four Sales Directors  and have been very impressed with the Depth of the materials and with Brandon’s abilities as a facilitator.  Although at first I thought of this primarily for directors, I soon realized after working with Brandon that my consultants would also benefit.  The work that I have been doing with Brandon has helped me to better understand not only myself, but also the women in my unit. I I wish I had been able to participate in this training earlier on in my Mary Kay career – it is extremely valuable to both personal and professional growth. My goal as a Sales Director is to help my Consultants grow and develop to become their personal best – and I feel that this training is A wonderful tool to help me lead by example, and to love and understand them better!

My husband also attended Brandon’s boot camp – these materials are helping him to chart His “next career” after being laid off after 30 years of corporate employment.

I am so glad I brought Brandon in to do a workshop.  Attending Brandon’s workshop was enlightening and really revealed a lot in regards to the subconscious thoughts that affect my daily life and work habits.  In addition, it really helped to be in a group setting with others to see how they reacted which showed me patterns with my unit members.
